Coach Rich Foster was named the Coppell High School Varsity Head Coach in June of 2013. He is a dedicated husband, father, and coach.
Prior to being named Head Coach, Coach Foster helped guide the highly successful Coppell Junior Varsity program for 19 seasons, developing players that would contribute to Coppell's continued success at the varsity level.
He has been extremely successful at the JV level while coaching at Coppell and in New Braunfels, and expects that success to continue at the varsity level.
Coach Foster is an avid fisherman, and loves to spend holidays on the coast in his time away from school. Coach Foster is a former math teacher and has been known to spend a lot of time tutoring tennis players. He loves to spend time with his wife, Kara, and their two children, Allie and Finley.

Joanna Hall was named CHS Varsity Assistant Coach in 2013. Prior to Coppell, Coach Hall has been a Head Varsity Coach and an Assistant Varsity Coach for 12 years - at Wichita Falls, Flower Mound Marcus, Keller Central, and Irving MacArthur.
After a successful high school career at Irving MacArthur, Coach Hall played college tennis at Tyler Jr. College for a year and then at Midwestern State University for three years.
Coach Hall has lived in Coppell for 29 years with her husband Rick, and their three children. Her oldest daughter Christa was an All District tennis player at CHS ('05) coached by both Coach Jane Jackson and Coach Foster, going on to play collegiate tennis at the University of North Dakota.
Her son Jordan was a 4 year Varsity Hockey player at CHS ('07), played collegiate hockey at Liberty University, and is currently Assistant Coach for Coppell HS Hockey. Her youngest daughter Madi is a graduate of CHS ('15), ran cross country and worked on the yearbook staff. Madi is a freshman at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
